- Pour in the water and continue to mix until just combined.
- Divide the meat mixture into eight equal portions and shape each into a patty about ¾ inch thick.
- If you have time, place your formed patties in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or place a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place the patties onto the hot grill or skillet, cooking them for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Once cooked to your preferred doneness, transfer the Crack Burgers to a plate and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Brush your hamburger buns with melted butter and sprinkle them with garlic powder, then toast them until golden brown.
- Assemble your Crack Burgers with a patty on the bottom half of each bun, followed by your favorite toppings.
