Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by bringing a large pot of water to a rolling boil over high heat.
  2. Once boiling, add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions for 3-5 minutes.
  3. When finished, drain the noodles in a colander and set aside.
  4. In a large saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter over medium heat.
  5. Gradually whisk in 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour, mixing until smooth.
  6. Slowly pour in 1 cup of whole milk, whisking continuously.
  7. Increase the heat slightly until the sauce begins to simmer gently.
  8. Stir in 1 teaspoon of salt, ½ teaspoon of black pepper, ½ teaspoon of garlic powder, ½ teaspoon of onion powder, and ¼ teaspoon of smoked paprika.
