Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, egg, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Transfer the chicken mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into a circular shape, roughly 10-12 inches in diameter.
  4. Bake the crust for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and slightly crisp around the edges.
  5. Carefully drain any excess fat that may have pooled around the edges and pat the crust dry.
  6. In a small saucepan, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes. Add crushed tomatoes, dried oregano, basil, and a pinch of salt; simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  7. Spread the prepared sauce over the baked chicken crust, sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce, and add your chosen toppings.
  8. Return the assembled pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 12-18 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Once baked, let the pizza cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
  10. Scatter fresh basil leaves over the pizza for garnish and serve warm.
