  3. Rest the Mixture: Allow to rest for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Heat the Oil: Pour olive oil into a skillet and heat over medium until it reaches about 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry the Chips: Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the oil, flattening slightly. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
