Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Season chicken by cutting it into bite-sized cubes and tossing with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Cook chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Sauté broccoli in the same skillet for 3-4 minutes until bright green.
  4. Add diced tomatoes and chicken broth; bring to simmer, then stir in heavy cream.
  5. Finish the sauce by adding Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes.
  6. Cook pasta according to package directions, reserving some cooking water.
  7. Combine cooked pasta with the sauce and broccoli; add reserved pasta water as needed.
  8. Stir in cooked chicken and heat everything through.
  9. Finish the dish with butter and garnish with parsley before serving.
