Preparation Steps

  2. Heat oil in a skillet, sauté chopped onion for 5-7 minutes, then add garlic and ginger. Cook until fragrant.
  3. Mix in pumpkin puree and tomatoes with sautéed onions, gradually add cream and broth. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in butter, brown sugar, and adjust spices. Simmer for 15-20 minutes to thicken sauce.
  5. Cook marinated chicken in a separate pan until fully cooked and golden brown.
  6. Combine chicken with sauce, simmer for an additional 5-10 minutes.
  7. Serve topped with cilantro alongside rice or naan.
