- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper, and sear for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet and set aside to rest.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add Worcestershire sauce, Italian herbs, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Stir and let the sauce simmer for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, ensuring it's submerged in the creamy sauce. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F.
- While chicken simmers, cook rice according to package instructions. Bring water to a boil and add rice, cooking for about 15-18 minutes until fluffy. Drain excess water.
- Remove skillet from heat, and plate by spooning sauce over rice and placing chicken on top. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
