Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper coated lightly with oil.
  2. Pat chicken tenders dry and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Wrap each chicken tender with a strip of beef bacon snugly.
  5. Roll wrapped tenders in the brown sugar spice mixture, coating fully.
  6. Place wrapped tenders on baking sheet seam-side down with space in between.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes, flip, and bake for another 10-15 minutes until bacon is crispy and chicken is cooked.
  8. Remove from oven and let rest on a wire rack for a few minutes.
  9. Optional: Garnish with parsley or chives before serving.
