Step-by-Step Instructions for Loaded Nachos
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart as it browns. Drain excess fat and set aside.
- Return the skillet to medium heat and add chopped onion to the beef, cooking for about 4-5 minutes until translucent. Stir in minced garlic for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Mix in taco seasoning and ¼ cup of water, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in black beans, optional kidney beans, and corn, cooking for another 3-4 minutes.
