  • ¼ cup BBQ Sauce Drizzle over shredded chicken instead of traditional pizza sauce.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan with cooking spray or oil.
  3. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the baking pan.
  4. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls.
  5. Layer pepperoni slices on top of the pizza sauce.
  6. Top each roll with a slice of fresh mozzarella cheese.
  7. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Parmesan, garlic powder, dried basil, and oregano.
  8. Brush the topping mixture over the top halves of the rolls.
  9. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  10. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  11. Let cool slightly and slice apart before serving.
