Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ¼ cup of olive oil, the juice of 2 lemons, 3 minced garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh rosemary, 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme, and 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley. Season with salt and black pepper. Whisk until blended.
  2. Place 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts in a resealable bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken, seal, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C).
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes per side, until cooked through.
