  1. Start by patting the chicken wings dry with paper towels.

  3. Toss the chicken wings in the seasoned flour mixture until well-coated.
  4. Combine honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, and Dijon mustard in a saucepan over medium heat.
  5. Pour vegetable oil into a deep pot and heat it to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Carefully add the wings in batches to the hot oil, frying for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Remove the wings from the oil and place them on a wire rack to drain excess oil.
