Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a shallow dish, combine Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly and preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry and lightly spray with olive oil. Dredge each piece in the coating mixture, pressing firmly.
  3. Place the coated chicken in the air fryer basket, cooking at 380°F (193°C) for 12–15 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  4. Remove from the air fryer, let it rest for a couple of minutes, then serve with your favorite sides.
