Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Layer the rinsed black beans and drained corn evenly over the chicken.
  3. Pour the undrained diced tomatoes and green chilies on top.
  4. Sprinkle taco seasoning evenly across the mixture.
  5. Pour the chicken broth over everything, ensuring it's submerged.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  7. Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks in the crockpot.
  8. Add softened cream cheese and stir until melted and combined.
  9. Serve as desired, with toppings such as cilantro or lime.
