Cooking Instructions
- In a pan over medium heat, add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, allowing it to shimmer but not smoke.
- Add 2 minced garlic cloves and 1 chopped onion to the pan. Stir for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Introduce 300g of Korean fish cake sheets into the pan. Stir gently for 3-4 minutes.
- Sprinkle in 2 sliced green onions and stir for another minute.
- In a small bowl, whisk together 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of honey or sugar, 1 teaspoon of gochugaru, and 3 tablespoons of water.
- Pour the prepared sauce over the fish cake mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over the stir-fry and toss everything to combine.
