Cooking Steps
- In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the Ground Beef over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Add the chopped Onion and minced Garlic to the pot, sauté for 3-4 minutes until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the diced Carrots and Celery, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
- Pour in the Beef Broth and add the Diced Tomatoes along with the Green Beans, Dried Basil, Oregano, Salt, and Pepper. Stir to combine.
- Increase the heat to high and bring the soup to a gentle boil. Once boiling, reduce to low, cover, and let simmer for 20-25 minutes.
- After simmering, taste and adjust seasoning with more Salt and Pepper if needed. Rest for a few minutes before serving, garnishing with Fresh Parsley or Green Onions if desired.
