Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir well.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt to the dry mixture and mix until a sticky dough forms. Knead gently for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Roll the dough into a rectangle approximately ¼ inch thick.
  5. In a skillet, heat olive oil, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Drizzle over the rolled dough.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese, and fresh parsley evenly on top. Roll the dough tightly into a log shape.
  7. Slice the log into 1-inch rounds and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake the swirls for 18-22 minutes until lightly golden. Brush with melted butter before serving.
