  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Mint (optional) Finely chopped.

For Serving (Optional)
  • 1 cup Yogurt Plain or Greek for creaminess.

Method
 

Honey Lime Dressing Preparation
  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together ¼ cup of fresh lime juice with 2 tablespoons of honey until smooth. Stir in 1 tablespoon finely chopped mint and a pinch of sea salt.
Fruit Preparation
  1. Rinse all assorted fresh fruit under cold water. Cut the melons into bite-sized cubes, hull and halve strawberries, halve green grapes, and leave blueberries whole.
Salad Assembly
  1. In a large serving bowl, combine the prepared fruits and drizzle the honey-lime dressing over them. Gently toss everything together.
Chill (Optional)
  1. Cover the salad with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Serve and Enjoy
  1. Garnish with extra finely chopped mint and serve in individual bowls or parfait glasses.
