Step-by-Step Instructions for Creamy Chicken Pasta
  1. Begin by cubing the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and generously season them with salt and black pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add the seasoned chicken pieces and cook for 6 to 8 minutes.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and toss in the chopped onion. Sauté for about 5 minutes.
  4. Next, add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  5. Pour in the condensed cream of mushroom soup along with the milk. Whisk until smooth and stir in Parmesan cheese, black pepper, thyme, oregano, and salt. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
