Method
 

Preparation
  1. Soak the beans overnight in water.
  2. Cook the soaked beans in a pot with fresh water until tender.
  3. Prepare the anko filling by cooking the beans with sugar and salt.
  4. Mix the pancake batter ingredients in a bowl.
  5. Combine dry ingredients and let the batter rest.
  6. Cook pancakes in a greased frying pan.
  7. Assemble the dorayaki by filling pancakes with anko.
  8. Serve warm or at room temperature.
