  • 1.5 cups Granulated Sugar Substitute isn’t recommended.
  • 0.5 cups Unsalted Butter Softened but holds its shape.
  • 4 Large Eggs Room temperature for optimal blending.
  • 2 tablespoons Vanilla Bean Paste Alcohol-free for all audiences.
  • 1 cup Whole Milk Alternative: whole-fat yogurt.
For the Frosting
  • 1 tablespoon Bovine Gelatin Vital if using fondant decorations.
  • 1 pack Fondant Prepare with CMC/Tylose for texture.

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease the baking pans with unsalted butter and dust with flour.
  2. In a large bowl, cream softened unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add in the large eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the vanilla bean paste until combined.
  5. Alternate adding the sifted flour and whole milk to the batter.
  6. Fold in the bovine gelatin for frosting stabilization.
  7. Pour batter into prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Cool the cakes in the pans for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
