Method
 

Preparation
  1. Trim the leaves and core of the cauliflower, creating a stable base. Slice into 1-inch thick steaks.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Brush both sides of each cauliflower steak with the spice mixture.
  4. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Arrange the seasoned cauliflower steaks on the baking sheet.
  6. Roast the cauliflower for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Melt butter in a saucepan and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes.
  8. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  9. Stir in fresh lemon juice and season the sauce.
  10. Serve roasted cauliflower steaks with creamy garlic sauce, garnished with Parmesan and parsley.
  11. Enjoy immediately while warm.
