Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Begin by crushing 36 Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor for a quick and even texture.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with 8 oz of softened cream cheese and blend until smooth.
  3. Scoop out portions of the mixture and roll them into 1-inch balls. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Melt 12 oz of white chocolate with 1 teaspoon coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  5. Dip each truffle into melted white chocolate, letting excess drip off, and place back on the baking sheet.
