- Season your chicken breasts generously with Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the skillet. Cook for 5-6 minutes on one side until golden, then flip and cook for another 5-6 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat slightly and add butter. Add chopped onion and asparagus, cooking for 2-3 minutes until softened.
- Stir in minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
