  • 1 cup Shredded Swiss Cheese Can swap with Provolone or Gouda.
  • ½ cup Thousand Island Dressing Homemade dressing is preferred.
For the Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika Regular paprika can be used.
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper
For Garnishing
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley Can omit if desired.

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread frozen tater tots evenly on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  3. Chop bacon into bite-sized pieces and cook in a skillet over medium heat for 6-8 minutes until crispy.
  4. Sauté drained sauerkraut in the same skillet for 2-3 minutes to warm it up.
  5. Transfer crispy tater tots to a mixing bowl and season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper; toss to coat.
  6. Add cooked bacon, warm sauerkraut, shredded Swiss cheese, and Thousand Island dressing to the bowl; mix well.
  7. Spread the mixture back onto the baking sheet and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.
