- Sauté drained sauerkraut in the same skillet for 2-3 minutes to warm it up.
- Transfer crispy tater tots to a mixing bowl and season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper; toss to coat.
- Add cooked bacon, warm sauerkraut, shredded Swiss cheese, and Thousand Island dressing to the bowl; mix well.
- Spread the mixture back onto the baking sheet and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted.
