Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and chop fresh fruit or use frozen fruit. Puree half the fruit if a smoother texture is desired.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix Greek yogurt, sweetener, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup if desired.
  4. If too thick, gradually add milk or extra yogurt until pourable but creamy.
  5. Stir in a pinch of salt to balance the sweetness and enhance flavor.
  6. Gently fold in the prepared fruit to the yogurt mixture.
  7. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space at the top for expansion.
  8. Add optional toppings if desired.
  9. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold.
  10. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or overnight until solid.
  11. Run warm water over molds to loosen pops before removing.
  12. Serve immediately or store in the freezer for later enjoyment.
