Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cream together the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Follow with vanilla extract and pumpkin puree.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and salt.

  5. Cover and refrigerate the dough for at least 1 hour.
