Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your slow cooker on low or your Dutch oven over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the tomato paste, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
