- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Thaw the frozen pretzel sticks completely, then cut them into 4–6 bite-sized pieces.
- Take a long wooden skewer and start threading on the ingredients. Alternate between pretzel pieces, mini beef sausages, cheese cubes, and mini pickled gherkins, aiming for about 3-4 pretzel bites per skewer.
- Arrange the assembled skewers on the baking sheet and sprinkle coarse salt on top. Bake in the oven for 10–15 minutes, until golden and the cheese is melty.
