  • 1 cup Heavy Cream can substitute with half-and-half
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • to taste Salt sea salt or kosher
  • to taste Pepper freshly cracked black
For Garnish
  • ¼ cup Fresh Parsley chopped

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook pasta until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sauté chicken pieces seasoned with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Then mix in mozzarella and Parmesan until smooth.
  5. Combine drained pasta with the sauce, tossing gently to coat, and heat for another minute. Serve garnished with parsley.
