Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Make Garlic Butter: Melt unsalted butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in minced garlic, dried Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Let sit for 5–10 minutes.
  2. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Prepare Dough: Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to approximately 12x16 inches. Slice into 1 inch wide and 6–8 inches long strips.
  4. Arrange Strips: Transfer the dough strips onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  5. Assemble Breadsticks: Brush garlic butter over each strip. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly on top.
  6. Bake: Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and edges are crispy.
