Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix with eggs, vegetable oil, and water according to package directions and pour into the pan.
- Crumble ghost-shaped sugar cookie dough over the brownie layer.
- Sprinkle Halloween M&M's over the cookie layer and press down lightly.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes until edges turn golden brown and a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Cool completely on a wire rack for about 2-3 hours, then cut into squares and serve.
