- Ensure goat cheese and cream cheese are softened at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened goat cheese and cream cheese, mixing until smooth.
- Pour in the heavy cream and fold it into the cheese mixture until integrated.
- Stir in minced garlic, fresh thyme, rosemary, and red pepper flakes if desired.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, mixing well.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease an oven-safe dish with olive oil.
- Transfer the cheese mixture into the prepared baking dish, smoothing the top.
- Drizzle a little olive oil over the top of the mixture.
