  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 cup Unsalted butter softened

  • 8 ounces Cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups Powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 0.5 cup Chocolate shavings
  • 1 cup Semisweet chocolate chips reserve some for topping
  • 1 cup Marshmallow fluff
  • 1 cup Caramel bits

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking pan.
  2. Cream together sugar and brown sugar with softened butter until fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together flour, baking powder, and cocoa in another bowl, then combine with wet mixture.
  5. Fold in oats and chocolate chips, reserving a handful for topping.
  6. Spread half of the mixture into the baking pan to form the base.
  7. Sprinkle caramel bits over the base layer.
  8. Spread marshmallow fluff over the caramel layer.
  9. Top with the remaining batter and sprinkle reserved chocolate chips.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  11. Let cool, lift out, and slice into squares.
