Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into uniform bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and bell peppers, cooking until they soften and the onions become translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the sliced kielbasa and minced garlic, sautéing for another 5 to 7 minutes until the kielbasa develops a golden-brown crust.
  4. Add the prepared potatoes to the skillet, along with paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything well to coat the potatoes.
  5. Reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet, and let it cook for 20 to 25 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
