- In a large skillet, melt 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter over medium heat until it becomes foamy.
- Add 4 finely minced cloves of garlic to the melted butter, stirring constantly for about 30 seconds.
- Once the garlic is fragrant, add 1 pound of peeled and deveined shrimp to the skillet. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
- Squeeze the juice of 1 fresh lemon over the shrimp in the skillet. Stir well to combine.
- Remove the skillet from heat and serve immediately. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
