Method
 

Main Instructions
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a food processor, combine chopped onion, garlic, and parsley. Blend until smooth.
  3. In a bowl, mix the chicken, yogurt, olive oil, za’atar, cumin, paprika, and sumac until well combined.
  4. Shape the chicken mixture into a loaf and place in a parchment-lined pan.
  5. Lightly spray the top with olive oil and air fry for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Let the loaf rest for 5-10 minutes, then slice thinly.
  7. Serve with the tomato cucumber salad, warm pita, and sauces.
