Step-by-Step Instructions for Creamy Garlic Baked Chicken
  1. Begin by patting your chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and freshly ground pepper.
  2. In an oven-safe skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and sear for 3-5 minutes on each side until golden-brown.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
  4. Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the creamy sauce over it. Preheat the oven to 375°F and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
