- Soak the wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
- Cut the chicken into 3-inch pieces and combine marinade ingredients in a bowl.
- Add chicken to the marinade, coating evenly, then assemble skewers with the marinated chicken.
- Melt butter in a saucepan and add garlic, pepper flakes, hot sauce, and parsley, then mix in Parmesan.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook skewers in preheated air fryer for 5 minutes, flip, baste with sauce and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Flip again, baste, and cook for 5-6 minutes until the chicken reaches 165°F internal temperature.
- Brush with reserved sauce and serve immediately, garnished with parsley and extra Parmesan.
