  2. Place chicken in a resealable plastic bag or baking dish, pour marinade over, seal or cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high (375°F to 400°F) or oven to 425°F (220°C) depending on your cooking method.
  4. Remove marinade from chicken, letting it sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before cooking.
  5. Grill chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, or roast for 25-30 minutes until cooked through and crispy.
  6. Transfer chicken to a platter and garnish with chopped cilantro and lime wedges before serving.
