  2. Create 1-inch thick slabs of watermelon, ensuring the fruit is firm and juicy.
  3. Slice each slab into 1-inch wide fry-shaped strips and pat them dry with paper towels.
  4. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together lime juice, honey (or agave), and sea salt. Add chili powder if desired.
