Ingredients
  

For the Salmon
  • 2 fillets Salmon Fresh or frozen
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
For the Sauce
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter Can replace with olive oil
  • 2-3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 each Lemon Juiced and zested
For Garnish
  • to taste Fresh Parsley Chopped
  • 1 each Lemon Wedges For serving

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the salmon fillets skin-side down to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Flip the salmon fillets and cook for another 3-4 minutes until fully cooked.
  5. Remove the salmon and melt the remaining butter in the same skillet.
  6. Sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, then add lemon juice and zest.
  7. Reintroduce the salmon to the pan, spooning the sauce over each fillet.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve hot with lemon wedges.
