Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Chop the apples into ½-inch cubes and set aside.
  2. Wash and halve the grapes to enhance infusion.
  3. Combine the chopped apples and halved grapes in a large pitcher.
  4. Pour the apple brandy over the fruit mixture.
  5. Incorporate the orange liqueur into the pitcher.
  6. Add simple syrup, stirring gently, and adjust sweetness to taste.
  7. Slowly pour in the dry white wine, mixing gently.
  8. Stir the ingredients gently to combine.
  9. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  10. Add sparkling water just before serving.
  11. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the sangria over them.
  12. Garnish with slices of apple and fresh mint sprigs if desired.
