Step-by-Step Instructions for Garlic Herb Chicken
  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil, and cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. In the same skillet, add an additional tablespoon of olive oil and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds.
  4. Add fresh parsley, thyme, and rosemary to the skillet and stir for about a minute, allowing them to wilt.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and lemon juice, and simmer for 3-5 minutes until slightly reduced.
  6. Return the seared chicken to the skillet, spoon the sauce over, and simmer on low for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat, let it rest, and serve hot over freshly made pasta.
