Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  2. Thoroughly wash carrots. For regular carrots, peel and chop into even pieces, or leave baby carrots whole.
  3. Melt 4 tablespoons of salted butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in ¼ cup of brown sugar, a pinch of salt, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon until smooth.
  4. Transfer prepared carrots to a large mixing bowl and pour the warm glaze over them. Toss gently to coat evenly.
  5. Spread glazed carrots on the lined baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Roast the carrots for the first 15 minutes without disturbing them.
  7. After 15 minutes, toss the carrots and roast for an additional 10-15 minutes until tender.
  8. Serve warm directly from the oven.
