Method
 

Preparation
  1. Flatten the chicken breasts to about ½ inch thick.

  3. Rub the seasoning mixture over both sides of the chicken.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and add the chicken.
  5. Sear the chicken for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the chicken to a plate and cover with foil.
  7. In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic.
  8. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring until thickened.
  9. Add lime juice and cilantro, adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  10. Slice chicken and serve over rice with creamy sauce and desired toppings.
